In the past month, the Meridian Chamber of Commerce and Brighton have celebrated the grand opening of two Meridian multifamily communities with ribbon-cutting ceremonies.
Aren Luxury Apartments, located next to Top Golf in the Eagle View Landing development, began welcoming its first residents in April and celebrated with a Ribbon Cutting on June 26. Altair at Ten Mile Crossing (Ten Mile and Franklin Rd) opened last year but waited for better weather and project completion before inviting the community to celebrate with them on July 11.
Aren is currently leasing in its first completed building of 122 units, with 105 units already occupied. Next month, another 95 units will come online with the completion of Building B. After that, two additional buildings are planned which will add another 179 units.
The Aren ribbon cutting offered tours of the model unit, clubhouse, fitness center, pool, community patio space, and futsal court, and included remarks from Meridian Chamber CEO Sean Evans, Jacob Cluff from the Mayor’s Office, and Cierrah Eirvin of Brighton.
“We believe that Aren Apartments offers not just a place to live, but a place to call home. From the carefully designed interiors to the thoughtful amenities, every aspect of this complex has been planned with our residents’ comfort and convenience in mind,” said Cierrah Eirvin, Regional Manager for Brighton Residential Management who oversees both Aren and Altair.
At the Altair ribbon Cutting, Brighton Residential Management’s President, Dayna Lamb, gave remarks thanking everyone from the local officials who supported the vision of the project to all the trade partners who had a hand in bringing the 240-unit multifamily community and its amenities to life. Mayor Robert Simison also had a few words of thanks for Brighton’s contributions in Meridian.
The Altair community offers a variety of floor plan options including one-bedroom efficiency units, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and live/work units that offer a unique opportunity for a few residents to hang their shingle in the popular Ten Mile Crossing development where they live. Other benefits of Altair’s location in Ten Mile Crossing are residents’ proximity to several major Treasure Valley employers such as Paylocity, Leidos, and Ameriben, access to public transportation, as well as restaurants, shopping—including the newly open Scheels store—and a monthly Farmers Market. Altair is currently 90% occupied.
