[Meridian, ID] – [February 6, 2024] – The Great Homes Tour invites you to discover exceptional living in Boise and Meridian, and see new homes by Brighton Homes, J. Edwards by Brighton, James Clyde Custom Homes, and Alturas Homes. This free, new home event will take place over two weekends, April 26th – 28th and May 3rd – 5th, 2024, and will offer a firsthand look at nine (9) exceptionally crafted new homes are showcased across three Brighton communities: Pinnacle in South Meridian, Quartet in North Meridian, and Cartwright Ranch in the Boise Foothills.
Event attendees will have the opportunity to tour these new homes in three communities and experience the latest in home design and construction from these esteemed builders. From innovative floor plans to upscale amenities, visitors will explore meticulously crafted homes, gaining insight into the quality and attention to detail that define each builder’s work.
In addition to the open houses, the Great Homes Tour will feature community block parties, food trucks, an open-air market, and giveaways. Attendees will experience a vibrant community event in the heart of these desirable Treasure Valley neighborhoods.
For those in the market for a new home, the builders are offering promotions for homes sold during the event. Additionally, the Great Homes Tour participating builders will donate $500 to CATCH for every home sold during the tour. CATCH is a non-profit organization that supports Idahoans experiencing homelessness.
