Our company began in 1968 with a small group of entrepreneurs developing residential neighborhoods in Boise, Idaho, and in 1992, launched Brighton Corporation under the leadership of Tom Tomlinson and David Turnbull. Today, with Tomlinson’s legacy as a guide, and Turnbull at the helm as Chairman of the Board, Brighton operates multiple business divisions with a team of more than 150 professionals with expertise in every area of real estate, including community and commercial development, new home construction and sales, residential property management, and homeowner association management.
