Brighton Residential Management and Brighton Homes proudly announce a new Home Buyer Program for residents leasing in Brighton-managed communities. This program offers resources and incentives for renters on the path to homeownership.
What the Program Offers
The Home Buyer Program gives residents access to unique benefits, such as financial contributions from Brighton, as well as expert guidance to help make the home-buying process smoother. The program shows Brighton’s dedication to supporting its residents who want to continue living in a Brighton community home once they are ready to purchase a home.
Once enrolled in the program, residents will receive a $200 monthly contribution from Brighton, which they can accumulate for up to 36 months, for a total of $7,200 toward their future purchase of a new Brighton home.
Once the resident is ready to start the process of purchasing a home, they’ll receive the expert guidance of a Brighton New Home Specialist—first to identify the best-fit communities based on lifestyle, price range, and other factors, and then to find the floor plan that best suits their needs. The New Home Specialist can also provide a referral to a preferred mortgage lender familiar with Brighton’s process for a seamless home-buying journey.
