Meridian, ID – January 7, 2025 – Brighton is pleased to announce a strategic organizational change and promotion as the company prepares for the retirement of longtime Chief Operating Officer and President of Brighton Homes, Tina Lytle, in July 2025. Tina has built a legacy of growth and excellence at Brighton over an impressive 15-year tenure with the company.
In anticipation of this transition, Brighton Development, currently led by Jon Wardle, will be combined with Brighton Homes under a unified leadership structure, with Jon assuming the role of President for both companies. Chelsea Steeves will serve as Chief of Staff, supporting Jon and the rest of the leadership team in the company’s ongoing efforts to drive success across its diverse operations.
Additionally, Amanda McCurry has been promoted to Chief of Staff to Robert Phillips, CEO of Brighton. This well-deserved promotion reflects Amanda’s exceptional organizational skills, deep knowledge of Brighton’s history and her dedication to driving strategic initiatives.
